Run lean.
Scale smart.
Opskal brings ERP, Demand Planning, Project Management, HR and CRM together in one platform. It goes live faster than a traditional rollout, is tailored to the way your business works, and costs what a small company can carry.
- No sign-up to try
- £25 per user per month
- Start with one system, add more later
Everything a growing business runs on
Use one system or all five. Each has a one-minute video tour and a full working demo you can open right here.
Built by people who have done the job
Every screen below is taken from the live demos — the same ones you can open on this site.
Big-company systems, without the big-company rollout
We have spent our careers inside supply chain, programme and finance teams. Again and again we saw business systems take too long to implement, cost too much, pull people away from their day jobs, and still fall short of what was promised. So we built the platform we wished we had.
From first call to live system in four steps
Understand
We map how your business runs today: orders, approvals, projects, people and customers.
Configure
We set up your products, fields, roles, approval rules and reports, and load your existing data.
Go live
Your team starts with the system that matters most, with training and support from us.
Grow
Add systems, users and workflows as the business grows, without starting again.
Shaped around how you work
No two businesses approve spend, plan stock, hire people or run projects the same way. Opskal is configured for each customer, and can be extended when you need something new.
- Your own fields, forms, layouts and document templates
- Approval rules by amount, department, discount, supplier or project
- Roles and permissions that match your organisation
- Dashboards and reports built around your KPIs
- Bespoke features developed for your business when needed

Each demo is the complete working system with a fictional sample company already set up. No sign-up and no download — click a system and it opens on this page.
Five systems that work the same way
Each system covers one part of the business in depth. They share the same design and the same way of working, and the same team configures and supports them — so people who learn one find their way around the others.
The essentials, across the platform
Roles and permissions
People see and change only what their role allows. In People and CRM this goes down to individual records and sensitive fields such as pay or credit limits.
Approvals and automation
Approval chains and “when this happens, do that” rules in Demand Planning, Project Management, People and CRM, configured without code.
Full audit trail
Every change and decision is recorded with who, what and when.
Live dashboards
Every figure is calculated from the records themselves, so reports always match the detail.
Assistants that show sources
Demand Planning, Project Management, People and CRM include an assistant that answers from your data and lists the records it used.
Import and export
Bring data in from spreadsheets and download lists as CSV, so your data is never locked in.
Built for the people who keep the business running
Operations and supply chain
ERP and Demand Planning: what to buy, make and stock, planned from an agreed forecast.
Programme and project office
Project Management: schedules, resources, programmes and objectives in one place.
HR and people managers
People: hiring, onboarding, time off, reviews, pay and workforce plans.
Sales, marketing and service
CRM: pipeline, quotes, orders, campaigns, cases and customer health.
Finance
Approvals, margins, budgets, forecasts and an audit trail across every system.
Leadership
Dashboards for the whole business, calculated from live records rather than spreadsheets.
Small companies
Replace spreadsheets and email approvals with one simple system, without hiring an IT team.
Scale-ups
Put structure in place as volumes grow: approval rules, stock and demand planning, project control.
Established SMEs
Replace a patchwork of tools, or a system that no longer fits, with a platform tailored to you.
Connections and hosting. Integrations with your existing tools (accounting, payroll, email and calendar) and hosting details are agreed as part of your setup. [Integrations list, hosting region and certifications to confirm.]

Frequently asked
What does “per user” mean?
A user is a named person who signs in to Opskal. You pay £25 per user per month for each system they use, or £50 per user per month for access to all five systems.
Is it cheaper to take all five?
Yes, once you use two systems or more. Two systems at £25 each already cost £50 — the same as the full suite — so the suite gives you the other three at no extra cost.
How long does it take to go live?
It depends on the systems you choose and how much data you bring. Because we go live one system at a time, your team starts using the first one early rather than waiting for the whole project. We'll give you a timeline after the first call.
Can Opskal be customised for our processes?
Yes. We configure fields, forms, approval rules, roles and reports for every customer. On the Tailored plan we also build features specific to your business.
Do we need an IT team?
No. We handle setup and configuration. Your team reviews and signs off each step, and we train the people who will use the system.
Can we bring our existing data?
Yes. We import customers, suppliers, items, employees, open orders and balances from spreadsheets or your current system as part of setup.
Are the demos the real systems?
Yes — they are the full applications running in your browser with a fictional sample company. In your own Opskal workspace, data is stored securely for your company, people sign in, and the connections to your other tools are set up with you.
Are we locked into a long contract?
[Contract terms to confirm.] Our aim is that you stay because the platform works for you.
We've lived the problem we're solving
Opskal was founded by business management practitioners, not software salespeople. Business systems should help a company grow, not drain its time, money and people.
We are experts in business management, with deep experience in supply chain, programme management and finance. We have planned demand, negotiated with suppliers, delivered complex programmes and closed the books month after month.
Along the way we took part in many system implementations. The projects took a long time, cost a lot of money and pulled key people away from their jobs. When the system finally went live, the result was often not what the business had expected. Large companies can absorb that. Small and growing companies can't — yet they need the same control over orders, stock, projects, people and customers.
So we built Opskal: five systems that can be implemented quickly, configured for each customer and run at a low monthly cost, without a large investment upfront.

Supply chain
Demand planning, inventory, purchasing and supplier management, from forecast to delivery.
Programme management

Finance
Budgets, approvals, cost control and reporting that keep growth funded and under control.
